Walk, Talk, Breathe & Dip: mixed group

Service Description

Join us for an early 3-4 hour walk (weather dependent) in the stunning countryside of the Peak District (Kinder Scout), after which we'll engage in several rounds of our Dynamic Breathwork (outdoors) and a dip in the river. With a bowl of vegan soup to warm you up afterwards. Mixed group: men and women.

Cancelation Policy

Once booked, cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling sessions is only permitted in exceptional circumstances.
