Week 3: build your in-the-moment skillset with the Micro-Pause Toolkit. No half-hour breaks needed - just minute-long resets you can do anywhere using breath, body-based grounding, mindset shifts, and awareness anchors.
Week 4: connect and integrate it all so your resilience is sustainable, and recovery (and joy) becomes non-negotiable.
