is a 4-week guided programme to help you feel calmer, clearer and more connected in your body, your breath and your life.

With daily practices, live support and simple tools grounded in science and presence, you’ll gently rebuild your own rhythm of wellbeing.

 

The course is self-paced and includes 12 months of access, so you can move through it in your own time, with ongoing support whenever you need it. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted or simply a little off track, this is your invitation to return to yourself.

The ARC Breathwork Facilitator Training is a professional, nervous-system-led pathway for those (seeking to) work in high-pressure environments such as emergency services, healthcare, and corporate roles.

This is not a quick certification.

It’s a contained, trauma-aware training grounded in real nervous system science and lived experience.
