Our reset retreat days

Why would you come on a retreat day with us?

 

Well, maybe you’ve said this to yourself recently:

“I just don’t feel like me anymore.”
“I’m tired before I even get to work”
“I keep going, but I feel flat - like I’m somehow watching life, not really living it.”
“Even when I stop, I can’t switch off.”

You get through the day.

You do the tasks in hand.

But under the surface, there’s a quiet exhaustion.

You spend your evenings, slumped, scrolling, mindlessly snacking.

You feel so sick of drinking but find yourself reaching for that glass of wine - maybe even the bottle - again and again.

You keep picking up your phone - drawn to social media, emails... anything distracting.

 

You're holding it all together, but you can feel the cracks - the tension, the irritability, the low hum of ‘something’s not right.’

You keep telling yourself you’ll stop and 'get yourself together' when things ease up - when the 'to-do' list is shorter, when the house is tidy, when everyone else is sorted.

But here’s the truth: that pause doesn’t come. That pause may never come.

Our Reset Retreats offer you the space to rest, reconnect and return to yourself -  body, breath and mind.

Held in nature, with kind guidance and gentle practices, this day gives you what you’ve been craving:

  • Gentle, grounding movement and yoga to get out of your head and back into your body

  • Guided breathwork to release tension and lift your energy

  • Cold water immersion to awaken clarity, courage and resilience

  • A nourishing, whole-food lunch prepared by our in-house nutritional therapist

  • Connection with others who get it - no pressure, just presence

 

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer head and calmer nervous system

  • Tools you can use at home to regulate your mood and energy

  • A renewed sense of possibility, lightness and aliveness

  • Confidence that you can make space for yourself - and that it matters
